A small number of members and guests have reported difficulties streaming videos when using FireFox in conjunction with Windows XP, Mac OS X or Linux. If you are experiencing difficulties streaming videos on angelawhite.com, we recommend using one of the following browsers: Google Chrome or Safari.

If you are experiencing difficulties streaming trailers and videos when using your mobile device, we recommend updating to the latest version of your mobile device's operating system.

LIVE SHOW SUPPORT

For those encountering difficulties viewing the scheduled live shows on angelawhite.com, please follow the instructions below.
Step 1: When a live show is scheduled, go to the LIVE SHOWS page.
Step 2: Once you are on the LIVE SHOWS page, you will see a large link entitled: VIEW LIVE SHOW.
Step 3: Once you have clicked on the VIEW LIVE SHOW link, a new window will open.

If the free show for members has already started, the live show will start streaming automatically.
If it states that I am offline, but my website states that I have a live show scheduled, it is best practice to wait a couple of minutes as there can sometimes be unforeseen delays.

If it states that I am online but that you have to JOIN to view the LIVE SHOW, it means that I am active on the network but not currently doing a live show for angelawhite.com members. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU CLICK THE JOIN LINK PRESENTED TO YOU, YOU WILL BE CHARGED ON A PER-MINUTE BASIS BY THE NETWORK TO VIEW MY SHOW.
